The major changes include the inclusion of a new projected volume, Abridgements of the Essay concerning human understanding and other philosophical writings, 1672-1689, to be edited by J. R. Milton; and the identification of tentative editors for Two Treatises of Government (Felix Waldmann) and Replies to Edward Stillingfleet (Matthew Stuart).
